A strong interest in human nature and an insistent curiosity about life has led me to become a psychotherapist. I am committed to offer clients a safe environment for their explorations of their own lives in pursuit of a more satisfying existence. I utilize a variety of different therapeutic approaches based on each client’s individual needs. Whether you are looking for support through difficult life transitions, want to explore new areas of yourself, are a concerned parent needing help with a challenging home situation, or need a place for your child to deal with life’s challenges, I will do my best to assist you.
Many things have changed since 1997, when I started to explore ways to support clients with ADHD, Autism, Asperger's, and related diagnosis. I am deeply invested in learning more affirming ways to support neurodiverse clients, their parents, and/or partners in an effort to assist the family as a whole.
Past or current life events will impact each of us in different ways. Old wounds might get opened up and especially at transition times we all struggle with adjusting to life in a harmonious way. I am here with warmth and understanding to ride these waves of life with you, to face the unexpected turns that throw challenges in our path.
