Couples Weekend Workshop
A weekend workshop is a more intensive approach for heterosexual or same sex couples who want to achieve deeper results more quickly. This workshop is dedicated to 3 objectives: (1) to have you pause from your busy lives and to really see and attend to one another (2) to learn the best ways to communicate even under stress and frustration and (3) to identify your own limitations and strengths so that you can each bring less defensiveness and more lightness to life and the relationship.
