I am a very empathic and supportive person and can work well with clients because they know I am real, and I will work with them to find a technique that works best for them to achieve their interpersonal goals. I know that people have inner thoughts that they think others will not understand. We will together make sense of them.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Brain Spotting, and Psychodynamic techniques. You have to complete an assessment to decide the appropriate techniques to use for each person.
Very soothing and provides effective listening techniques to help the client feel understood. I and my own family of origin went through personal struggles, which led to my curiosity and approaches in helping others.
