About
Whether its difficulty navigating a toxic work environment, dealing with a difficult boss, experiencing marriage or relationship problems, or feeling lost and alone you may need to evaluate what your needs or wants are. Your mind and body is telling you something if you are feeling stressed, feeling sad, have problems sleeping, feeling lonely even in a crowd, or getting angry over the littlest thing, its letting you know change needs to happen. We all struggle at times with trying to navigate life and I believe that we all could benefit from support. Reaching out for help is the key to working towards a healthier way of living.
All of my experience over the years have taught me that in a difficult and often too stressful world, we all could use a non-judgmental, safe, compassionate and supportive place to work to achieve our goals and process whatever curve ball life has thrown your way. Together we will work through your stressors, anxieties, trauma, depression, and grief.
It’s not always easy to ask for help. You may feel vulnerable or unsure. I look forward to empowering you to reach your goals and give you hope and support along the way. Recently, I became a Level 1, certified Gottman marriage therapist, which has greatly enhanced my knowledge working with couples. Thank you for considering me as your therapist.
