About
All of us need a space to be able to talk freely, safely, without judgement or fear of another person's reaction/response. We all have those people in our lives that provide us with a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on, but what about those times when we don't feel comfortable sharing with any of those in our immediate lives? Who do we talk to when our significant other isn't hearing what we have to say? When it's something that we fear sharing with another individual so we keep it to ourselves to manifest and become anxious, depressed, angry, or self destructive thoughts? There is a space for you, to be your most vulnerable.
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders in the adolescent, young adult, and adult population. I further specialize in working with sexual abuse survivors, eating disorders, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
One of the biggest fears to get over is making the call to see a therapist and finding the right fit. Call and see if I can be that therapist for you; someone who makes you feel understood and heard.
