I specialize in working with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders in the adolescent, young adult, and adult population.I am EMDR trained and utilize other trauma focused modalities in order to help my clients heal. I further specialize in working with sexual abuse survivors, eating disorders, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
