I specialize in working with people who have experienced relational trauma (DV, emotional abuse or narcissistic abuse) in their romantic, family or peer relationships and co-dependency (self-sacrificing in relationships). I've helped people heal from their trauma and re-learn how to have healthy relationships with themselves and others
