Meet people where they are is my motto. To me, that is the best place to start. Making the decision to begin therapy is hard and sometimes scary. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to address whatever they are struggling with. I am non-judgmental and understand that there are reasons people are and/or feel a certain way. I love helping people understand the root of the issue and working to resolve and get healing from the issue.
I am passionate about helping people with a variety of issues, especially those who are/have been in abusive relationships, people who have experienced trauma/abuse, people who are in crisis, relationship issues, mood disorders, and self-esteem issues. There is no issue too small or too big.
