Hi, I'm Stephanie! If you're struggling with PTSD/trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or just feeling stuck in the messy parts of life, I may be a good fit for you. I like to get to know my clients and their struggles so I can be an authentic and helpful navigator in processing what they’re going through and learning new ways to deal with their struggles.
I incorporate neuroscience with useful and effective skills to help you understand yourself better and learn how to work WITH your mind and body, not against them. My specialty is somatic therapies (including IFS), but I also implement a blend of approaches tailored to who you are and what you’re looking for.
