I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in Pennsylvania. I have supported folks in their healing journey for the past 15 years. I have trained extensively in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and EMDR. I blend these modalities to support movement out of discomfort, trauma, and confusion.
