With over 10 years of experience working in education and mental health, I am dedicated to supporting children, teens, and parents navigating today’s unique challenges. Finding the right support when our children are experiencing big feelings or behavior challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating. I specialize in facilitating communication between kids and parents, helping to rebuild trust. By creating a safe, strength-based environment, I support families in reconnecting, understanding one another better, and fostering a sense of safety. My goal is to help children thrive as their happiest, most confident selves.
I also work with adults navigating difficult life transitions, anxiety, and trauma, helping them harness their strengths to break free from unhelpful patterns. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in schools, and Motivational Interviewing.
