Hello! My clients typically come to me wanting help with dealing with big emotions. I am able to work with kids and their parents to help them overcome overwhelming feelings, deal with big life changes, and learn healthy ways to cope with the hard things of life. No two people are ever the exact same and that's the reason that no two therapy journeys are the same either. I use a combination of techniques based on what fits my client's needs the most. For kids, I use child-centered play therapy techniques. For teens and adults, I use a combination of strategies to tailor therapy to fit you and your needs.
