In our work together, I will help you build a healthier relationship with your emotions—one rooted in awareness, not avoidance. Together, we’ll explore how emotions aren’t problems to solve, but messengers to listen to. You'll learn how to sit with your feelings, process them, and respond in a way that feels authentic and productive. This work will also help you navigate others' emotions, too.
I am certified in Constructed Awareness and trained in EMDR (Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR), and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and also pull from DBT and Motivational Interviewing. I work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, the effects of trauma, anxiety, ADHD management, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions.
