With 25 years experience, I offer two main services. First, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy with teens/adults who experience mood, relationship, and eating disordered issues. Whatever brings you in, we focus on self-understanding, making small yet effective changes that allow you to be heard, connect, and thrive. Second, neuropsychological evaluations for grade through graduate school students so we can pinpoint learning or attentional issues that compromise performance, achievement, and self-esteem. My dual focus allows for broad understanding of what prevent one from reaching their true potential, with solutions to follow.
My direct, warm and compassionate style, along with levity and kindness, allows for a positive working relationship to unfold. My approach is collaborative, working with teachers, physicians, psychiatrists, and educational consultants, making for best care. Skype sessions for therapy keep it convenient; office sessions are still advised.
