As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to provide guidance, support, and tools to assist individuals in overcoming these challenges. Through counseling you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and learn how to grow and improve.
When working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults I learn about each individual’s goals and develop a personalized treatment plan for each individual. Through the use of CBT, mindfulness, and other therapeutic frameworks I take a holistic approach to help you achieve your goals.
