Greetings! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been providing services for over a decade to clients seeking therapy/counseling for an array of concerns. My primary focus has been child & family therapy, but my skill set is also well-suited for a diverse client population. I have experience providing community & school-based mental health services, outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-focused care with children and adults.
My orientation/style is best described as an eclectic approach because the primary focus is on meeting clients where they are and using the most clinically appropriate techniques to meet their needs. I think it is important to tailor treatment to meet each individual client’s needs because there is no “one size fits all” method or technique for everyone.
I believe that most individuals already possess the skills, qualities, and insight to cultivate a general state of well-being, happiness, and fulfillment – some of us may just need a little extra support and guidance to get where we want to be. I feel honored that so many people have entrusted me to walk alongside them on their journey towards healing.
