As your therapist, it is my role to assist you in achieving your goals. Whether you are in a challenging relationship with a spouse, partner, or in general, understanding yourself and relationship patterns can be key to making changes. As your therapist I will assist you in coming to a resolution that you feel empowered by. Whether it is grief, loss, trauma, abuse, job, depression, health, infertility we will work on finding a resolution.
I work with clients who struggle with health related issues such as infertility (grief, loss, treatment failure, anxiety, and other options for family building such as 3rd party reproduction and adoption. I also work with cancer patients and their families to cope with stressors of chronic illness.
My philosophy is that you have a life purpose and deserve to have meaningful and fulfilling relationships. Often, health crisis, past traumas, conflicts, life stressors or unforseen circumstances can prevent you from enjoying life. In the therapy session I work to help you meet your goals.

Groups
Couple's Infertility Group
The Infertility group is for men and women who struggle with the unique stressors of infertility and treatment. Participants of the group will learn ways to communicate with family and friends about personal and sensitive family building struggles and options. Participants will have opportunity to explore gender differences and similarities with infertility challenges. This group utilizes some art therapy to facilitate the process of expressing emotions.
