My clients are often looking for concrete tools and support to live their lives with greater clarity, freedom, and ease.
I’ve spent over a decade working in a range of clinical settings and developing specialties in anxiety, depression, OCD, and eating disorders. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients build skills for improved decision-making, emotional regulation, mindfulness, self-compassion, and relationship dynamics.
I enjoy seeing clients in-person in my Marblehead office (where I can offer a cup of tea) and I also strive to make virtual sessions feel just as comfortable.
