As an eating disorder specialist I work with people in all stages of their recovery. I am certified in Intuitive Eating and practice a non-diet approach to recovery. I strongly believe that movement can be a part of recovering from negative body image, eating disorders or disordered eating. In treating a whole person by using an interpersonal method of psychotherapy or psychoanalysis we can uncover some underlying causes for the struggles you may be going through. My passion is helping athletes recover from disordered eating to unlock their full potential and helping families create happy eating experiences at home.
One of my passions is helping parents heal their realtionship to food so we can help raise a generation of people who are comfortable in their skin. I also provide guidance on how to feel sane at mealtimes as a family. As an athlete working with athletes I understand the need for movement to continue when you are working on recovery.
I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, psychoanalyst and RRCA level 1 run coach. I believe strongly in a non-diet approach.
