Dr. Stephanie Pelayo is a licensed psychologist who has been working with individuals and families for over 25 years with people of different ages with a broad range of complexities including anxiety, depression, identity formation, trauma of various kinds including intergenerational trauma, child trauma, PTSD, relational and familial difficulties and spritual formation. Dr. Pelayo is trained in EMDR and play therapy.

Dr. Pelayo provides in-depth psychotherapy from a relational and family systems approach, drawing from her background in child psychology to take a developmental view of personality structure to establish foundations that are robust and alive. She treats individuals and families with histories of trauma, first responders, veterans, and attachment disorders.

Two separate groups for ages 5-7 and 9-11. Group is helpful for children with social anxiety, Autism Spectrum disorders, ADHD. Kids will learn the skills of communication, negotiation, problem solving, relationship building and skill building. Those with Anthem and Aetna may have no co-pay.
