With the struggles we are facing in this day and age, anxiety and other difficult emotions might be showing up in ways they haven’t before, in ways that haven’t happened in a long time; or just intensifying what was already a normal day-to-day experience. Through attuned listening, warmth, and at times humor, I offer a safe and comfortable space where together we can work on integrating your experiences. I welcome your intuition, imagination, spirituality, and creativity into the healing process. I believe there is innate medicine and wisdom within you, which when cultivated, will help you on your life’s journey.
I offer a space to explore your inner landscape that is built upon the goals you are working on. Goals such as the exploration of past trauma, issues in the workplace, and a desire to alleviate depression and/or anxiety are common in my practice. I work closely with the LGBTQIA community seeing children, teens, adults and families.
It takes a lot of bravery to embark upon a journey into the inner self. I provide tools that can help along the way. I work relationally, from a psychodynamic, trauma-informed, harm reduction lens with a social-justice orientation. I integrate arts therapies, parts work, somatic therapies, and mindfulness practices.
