I work with Hypnotherapy as an adjunct modality - not as a stand alone treatment. I specialize in mindfulness; DBT; yoga and breathing/relaxation techniques as well as graceful aging inner work. I also work with caregivers of individuals living with a loved one with Alzheimer's.
I have over 30 years of professional experience and am continually honored to witness profound changes in my clients in a relatively short period of time. I have extensive lived experience as a mother, daughter, partner, friend, yoga teacher, graphic artist, weaver, music and nature lover and a practitioner of seva.
