Hello! I am Stephanie Kripa. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place where people can get encouragement and support as they navigate through the challenges of life. I also know something about what it takes to be with what hurts in a way that leads to an unwinding of stuck, repeating, and critical patterns in our lives. I get it, I’ve been there! I have a background in education, the medical field, as well as having served in the United States Army Reserves & the National Guard. I am a Veteran. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions, burn out, aging and self-esteem. I utilize a Person-Centered Approach... I will meet you where you’re at.
