I help children, teens, and adults tackle anxiety: generalized anxiety (constant worry), panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, and social anxiety. You'll learn how anxiety works, and we'll develop an individualized treatment plan, based on CBT, in person exposure therapy for OCD, or parent coaching. Clinical Hypnosis is an evidence-based treatment for anxiety, pain, and managing habits such as smoking/vaping and dealing with difficult issues from the past.
