I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) with over thirty years of experience working with adults, young adults, adolescents and children to manage Anxiety issues, Depression symptoms, ADHD, grief, loss, stress, relationship or family challenges, and behavior issues at school or at home.
I use a combination of theoretical frameworks to assist you in finding the tools that you will need to feel supported and make changes including evidenced based cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness / relaxation therapy and health and wellness coaching.
