I work with children, teens and young adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem, family discord, academic issues, suicidal ideation, and more. I recognize that each person comes to counseling for their own unique reason and need. I aim to meet you where you're at and work through things with you every step of the way so you can reach the goal of becoming a healthier person both inside and out.
I specialize in child & adolescent counseling, defiant behaviors, academic skills and substance use issues. Some people & families often feel isolated and lost when they're facing mental health issues. I work to make sure you know you're not alone in this process while providing a supportive environment to aid in the treatment & recovery process.
I work to see the whole person and who you truly are behind the mask you might be wearing. Taking off that mask can be the biggest struggle, but with the help of therapy those struggles can become less and less bothersome over time.
