Have you been feeling overwhelmed with emotions and feel as though they are controlling your life? Are you feeling as though the world doesn't understand your sensitivity? Have you been feeling isolated by your feelings from others? Do you feel like you’re burdening others when you share and are looking for a place you can openly express your feelings and thoughts? You’re not alone in these experiences and wherever you are right now is a great place to start.
My specialty is working with ADHD/ASD, young adults, people who identify as LGBTQIA+, and highly sensitive individuals. I am an intersectional feminist and seek to apply an anti-racist framework. I provide a warm, empowering, empathetic, healing, and non-judgmental space to support you. If you also enjoy using humor as a way to connect we may be a great fit!
I welcome people who have no experience in therapy, those who have experience but want a new perspective, and those who are unsure where to start. I know it can feel like a lot of pressure to choose a therapist based on a profile on a website so feel free to reach out and let’s talk to determine our fit together.
