For over 20 years, I have been working with all ages and continue to enjoy helping individuals to improve their quality of life. To best meet the unique needs of my Clients, I individualize my approach via a combination of therapies to help them develop insight and more effective ways to meet life's challenges. I work collaboratively with my Clients, including following their lead, to achieve their goals.
I am especially experienced in working with anxiety and trauma. Due to my interest in healing trauma, I became an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. I work with Clients to achieve peace of mind including a sense of safety to overcome trauma they may have experienced.
I am also a Registered Play Therapist and Supervisor through the Association of Play Therapy. I can help your child to develop effective coping skills for anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and grief. I also offer parent sessions in conjunction with individual and family therapy.
