I work with tweens, middle schoolers, and high school students in Teton Valley, Jackson Hole, and across Idaho and Wyoming who are navigating anxiety, school stress, friendship and peer issues, big emotions, perfectionism, low self-esteem, ADHD, depression, identity, or feeling like they just don’t fit in. Parents may notice withdrawal, irritability, conflict, avoidance, or a child who seems different. I help kids make sense of what’s happening and find their footing during a complicated stage of growing up.
Therapy gives kids a place to feel understood, build practical coping skills, and develop confidence in who they are. I also support parents with communication, boundaries, and ways to stay connected as their child grows and changes.
