OCD Group
OCD often brings a sense of isolation, even when you’re doing the hard work of recovery. This group is for adults with OCD who are engaged in individual therapy and want to connect with others who genuinely understand. Together, we create a supportive and nonjudgmental space to share openly, reduce shame, and build belonging. Connecting with others who “get it” can be a powerful reminder that you’re not alone. Join us in community as we navigate the ups and downs of learning about and rewriting your relationship with OCD.
