Putting the pieces of your life together is hard when you're overwhelmed and stuck in old patterns. If you’re feeling emotionally drained, anxious, or like therapy just isn’t cutting it anymore, you're not alone. I help clients through anxiety, depression, grief, faith-based struggles, and major life transitions. I also run a Bluffton-based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults who need more support than weekly therapy can offer. My IOP offers group therapy 3x/week in a warm, in-person setting—ideal for adults feeling emotionally exhausted, coping unsafely, or just “getting by” but not feeling okay.
This IOP is ideal for adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck or exhausted from trying to cope on their own. It’s a structured program that includes group therapy for anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, and burnout, combining DBT-informed tools, mindfulness, and community support. Many clients continue individual therapy while in IOP.

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program
If you are struggling with daily functioning, having difficulty attending work, have increasing symptoms of depression and anxiety and need more than once-a-week therapy, then Intensive Outpatient might be a good option for you. We have an in-person, adult Intensive Outpatient Program available that meets 3 mornings/week for 8 weeks. This program teaches DBT and CBT-based skills combined with the power of group therapy to help increase coping, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and functioning. We accept most major insurances and offer flexible payment plans.
