Before becoming a therapist, I taught at the University for 20 years, and I bring that same curiosity and appreciation for understanding people deeply into my work as a therapist.
I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma and adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, particularly when trauma, relationships, or longstanding emotional patterns are part of the picture. I use trauma-focused approaches to help clients understand and work through both the emotional & body-based effects of their experiences.
