I use Brainspotting and EMDR to process trauma and have special interests in grief, life adjustment, caregiver fatigue, and working with other mental health or medical providers. We'll take a collaborative and holistic approach to your goals; empowering you to change and understand how life experiences affect your mood, body, relationships, and daily life.
