Thanks for reaching out! I am a a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Therapist in the state of FL with a decade of experience working with adolescents, young adults and millennials. In the last five years, I have treated a diverse adult population, supporting their healing journeys while processing trauma, life transitions and a wide range of mental health challenges. I use a combination of practical skills and various therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR, CBT, CPT, DBT and eclectic psychotherapy to support you.
We will adapt based on your needs- I advocate for non-traditional and creative healing methods. We could talk about your current problems or go deeper and review some chapters in your life that may be bothering you. Remember that you don't need to suffer in silence, I am here for you!
