I have years of experience within a variety of settings (outpatient, intensive outpatient, and inpatient). My approach is empathic, solution-focused, strength-based and encompasses principles of cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and dialectical-behavioral (DBT) methodologies. Therapy is individualized, based on your needs and goals.
