General Adult Support Group
This group is open to anyone looking for support, connection, and personal growth. We’ll explore a range of topics that matter—like relationships, stress, boundaries, self-esteem, and everyday challenges. You don’t need a specific issue to join—just a willingness to share, listen, and grow alongside others. Through honest conversations and mutual respect, members develop insight, encouragement, and emotional strength. This group is for adult men and women who want to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their daily lives.

Writing to Heal For Women
Words have power—and when we put them on the page, they can help us process, reflect, and heal. Writing to Heal is a therapeutic group where participants use guided writing prompts as a tool for self-discovery and emotional growth. Each week, you’ll receive a thoughtful writing assignment to complete between sessions. When we meet, we reflect on the writing, share insights, and support each other through vulnerability and creativity. This group is for women who are curious about using expressive writing as a tool for healing, clarity, and personal insight.
