Maybe you are not sure if your relationship can ever be happy and healthy again or if it will even survive. I believe there is hope for struggling couples to become stronger, healthier and happier by getting clear about why they are where they are and where they want to be -- individually and as a couple -- and what it will take to get there.
I believe people have resilience and strength they typically aren't fully accessing. These are important pieces to identify and utilize in in the process of getting where they want to be personally and relationally.
