I seek to be a companion, provide guidance, and facilitate health and healing by promoting insight, teaching skills, and fostering the development of self and situational awareness so that you may effectively transition from a place of feeling stuck to a place of feeling empowered to make a difference in your own life.
My therapy approach is rooted in the belief of the intrinsic value of each individual and the recognition that hurdles are an inherent part of life. I help by assisting my clients in becoming unburdened as well as equipped to effectively navigate challenges, find meaning and purpose in their difficulties, and experience growth and true satisfaction in life.
