I am a warm, compassionate, and direct therapist who uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each individual's unique needs. I love the opportunity to provide support, guidance, and a listening ear to others during a time of need.
I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, communication challenges, and academic and career issues. I have also worked with new moms and individuals with developmental disabilities to help them develop life and social skills.
