Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Latina therapist and second-generation Mexican American offering virtual therapy across Illinois. I support Latinx, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, first responder communities, and eldest daughters navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, cultural identity, people-pleasing, family responsibilities, and intergenerational trauma.
