I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) specializing in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, women's issues, and narcissism in individuals, couples, and families. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked extensively with survivors of trauma and supported clients as they navigate life’s everyday challenges. I understand that many people delay seeking help, believing they can “do it” themselves, but I’m here to walk this path with you.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and my master’s degree in Community Counseling from Loyola University, Chicago. As a proud Christian, I believe God has gifted me with the ability to do this work and guide others through their struggles toward healing and growth.

Society often promotes a “DIY” approach to life, but I believe we are not meant to go through challenges alone. Listening deeply and authentically is key to forming genuine connections, and I strive to create an environment of comfort and understanding from our very first meeting.
