I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and families integrating interpersonal nuerobiology and play therapy. I utilize play, art, music, movement, sensory based interventions, and sand tray techniques to provide a well rounded and effective approach for my clients. I also prioritize parent support and empowerment. In our work together, I provide parents with effective strategies for supporting their child at home and effective practices for building connected and secure relationships.
I have received postgraduate training to become a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and have also completed Level I and Level II Theraplay training, an attachment and regulation based therapy.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent children and adolescents (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, 2e, and SPD), children experiencing anxiety, attachment concerns, adjustment difficulties and assisting parents in finding helpful strategies to address emotional regulation and improved parent/child dynamics.
