As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and military veteran, I understand firsthand the complex challenges that can come with military service—whether you're on active duty, transitioning out, or navigating life as a veteran. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I have extensive experience working with both active duty service members and veterans, and I take a culturally competent, strengths-based approach to therapy.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)—a powerful tool for treating trauma—as well as Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My therapeutic toolkit also includes CBT, DBT, Gestalt, Trauma-Focused, and Strength-Based approaches.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a proud dog lover and enjoy traveling the world with my family. These personal passions keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and joy—things I hope to help my clients rediscover in their own lives.
