I'm here for you! If you struggle with grief, stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and even addiction, it's my privilege to walk alongside my clients through their healing process. Counseling is a collaborative, safe relationship. My specialties include: anxiety, trauma, and addiction and with a range of issues ages 12 and up! I am trained in EMDR, attachment theory and CBT and have a passion for helping empower people to take care of themselves with skills and education. I am a holistic counselor where I focus on healing the mind and body/nervous system to have actual healing, not symptom management. I work WITH you to heal.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and use my education/years of being an athlete to counsel the mind and body by using nutritional psychology and exercise tips to help the brain. I am passionate about being healthy not only mentally, but spiritually and physically as well. The mind and body are directly connected and both must be nurtured for healing!

I believe it is important to be educated about our health and value integrated health practices. My clients are empowered to ask questions and grow, not just treat symptoms. I work with a range of other professionals to give you a balanced course of treatment. These include: chiropractors, nurse practitioners and nutritionists. It is my privilege to help!
