I am here for you. Whether dealing with grief, excessive stress, anxiety, depression and even addiction, it's my privilege to walk alongside my clients through their healing process. Counseling is a collaborative, safe relationship. My specialties include: anxiety, trauma, and addiction and I work with many issues ages 12 and up! I am trained in EMDR, attachment theory and CBT and have a passion for helping empower people to take care of themselves with skills and education. I am a holistic counselor where I focus on healing the mind and body/nervous system to have actual healing, not symptom management. I work WITH you to heal.

My goal is to help you achieve your goals! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and use my education/years of being an athlete to treat, by using nutritional psychology and exercise tips. I am passionate about being healthy not only mentally, but spiritually and physically as well. We need to treat our bodies as a whole, from gut to brain to nervous system!

Knowledge is POWER! I encourage my clients to use critical thinking and discernment in life. My clients are empowered to ask questions and grow, not only treat symptoms. I work with a range of other professionals to give you a balanced course of treatment. These include, chiropractors, nurse practitioners and nutritionists. It is my privilege to help!
