I view therapy as an opportunity for personal growth and understanding while working towards making change. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their needs and identify goals, which I see as being unique to each client.
I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses, with a focus on eating disorders. I aim to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients to grow in their awareness of the patterns and systems in their lives, as well as how these may be affecting them. In doing so, I hope to support clients in feeling empowered to make progress towards their goals.
I am currently working with individuals, couples, and families at the outpatient level (virtually), as well as individuals in the adult, virtual intensive outpatient program offered through the DeNovo Center. We offer in-person and virtual intensive outpatient for adults as well as in-person intensive outpatient programs for adolescents.
