My therapeutic practice is to build on your current strengths, while learning new skills in therapy to improve your day to day life and, your self-confidence and worth. Learning how to better cope and work through your challenges is possible and vital to mental wellness. The therapy is collaborative and my patients recovery is also driven through their own determination in improving their mental health.

I have more than ten years experience working with adults and have successfully treated depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. I specialize in women's health, sexual health, utilizing a sex positive and inclusive lens. I can also offer psychotherapy in Spanish. Yo hablo Español.

I use a blended form of psychotherapy which can include cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, trauma focused therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
