I work to help couples and families better understand themselves and one another to improve and strengthen their relationships. I am interested in working alongside people as they navigate life changes and the times when they feel stuck.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for both couples and families. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and I welcome families and couples of all genders and sexual orientations.
