Hello beautiful people! My main focus as a Gender and Sex therapist is to work alongside you and to meet you where you're at, finding peace, identifying resilience and feeling empowered while making progress, whatever that means for you. My approach is warm, interactive, and client-centered. I view the work as a collaborative process, continually checking in and creating a safe space as well as a place to look at holistic aspects of identity. I value transparency and authenticity. We may jive if you are self-reflective, are ready to work, are pleasure-positive, vaxxed, and believe Black Lives Matter.
I enjoy working with folx from all communities and identities with an eclectic style and mixture of strength-based, feminist, disability, and queer theory lens. I focus on addressing issues around gender identity, sexual orientation, intimacy, and overall pleasure focused sexual health rather than general mental health needs.
As a queer neurodiverse therapist, I prioritize working with marginalized groups, and understand aspects of overt as well as nuanced intersections occurring throughout a lifetime. I am always learning and strive to be positive, affirming, and accepting regarding all cultures, sex, bodies, kinks, and relationships. I look forward to connecting with you!

Virtual space open to folks 25+ identifying under the LGBTQ+ umbrella and Neurodivergent. Welcome to this ongoing offering to support each other, share resources, and deal with the world through emotional regulation and community. Group will be starting February 2026.
