Hello beautiful people! My main focus as a therapist is to work alongside you and to meet you where you're at, finding peace, identifying resilience and feeling empowered while making progress, whatever that means for you. My approach is warm, interactive, and client-centered. I view the work as a collaborative process, continually checking in and creating a safe space as well as a place to look at holistic aspects of identity. Currently at two locations to provide flexibility in scheduling and insurances, I value transparency and being genuine.
I enjoy working with folx from all communities and identities. I work through a strength based and feminist, disability, queer theory lens and work with individuals to address issues around relationships, gender identity, sexual orientation, and overall sexual health. As a queer therapist I prioritize working with marginalized groups as I understand aspects of overt as well as nuanced intersections occurring throughout a lifetime. I am always learning and strive to be positive, humble, affirming and accepting regarding all cultures, sex, bodies, kinks, and relationships. I look forward to connecting with you!
