As a licensed psychologist, I work with people seeking a stronger sense of themselves, better relationships, and greater connection to their lives. My practice includes individuals and couples, some of whom decide to start therapy as a result of a significant life change and others for whom therapy comes after a long-lasting discomfort with the way things are. Both starting points are more than welcome.
My style is collaborative, warm, and honest. Depending on what our area of focus together is and the way in which we choose to approach it, I may share tools, resources, and ideas; offer feedback; explore the past, present, and future; and foster therapeutic experiences that give you material to use in the rest of your life.
Choosing a therapist can be difficult, and you naturally want to select someone with whom you feel comfortable and secure. You're more than welcome to contact me to get a better sense of me and how I work. I am also always happy to provide referrals to others, as finding the best personal fit is the best place to start.

Stephanie Grayson's Groups

Couples Group for First-Time Parents

This group for new parents addresses the unique difficulties faced by couples navigating the early years of parenthood: transforming from a couple to a family, supporting each other's new roles, managing differing perspectives, working through conflict in the family environment, creating space for intimacy, and maintaining a friendship together in the midst of family life. This group involves process, education, and support to help couples connect in meaningful ways, effectively address relevant issues, and nurture their relationships in this season of life. Group size is kept limited. Please feel welcome to reach out for more information.
