It can be isolating to not only feel painful emotions, but difficult to relate to those in our lives when we’re not feeling like ourselves, leaving us feeling more alone. That’s where therapy can help. I’m a therapist who listens, seeks to understand your experience, and supports you with tools to help you feel better. I’m a CBT Certified Beck Clinician and EMDR trained; two well-researched modalities with proven results.
Whether you’re dealing with work stress and need tools to cope better, or want to delve deeper into what contributed to you food and body image issues, I work to find a balance in therapy that’s right for you. Areas of speciality include anxiety issues, OCD, depression, work stress, and eating and body issues. I provide services in Florida and California.
